The last step of an infusion should not be the messiest one.
A cleaner finish with less hand squeezing.
Save your hands from the heat. Press out more with less waste and mess.
Less hand squeezing
Apply steady pressure with a purpose-built press instead of twisting a hot filter bag.
Cleaner finishing
Separate more plant material for a smoother finished infusion.
Keep more of your batch
Press with control and recover liquid that can be left behind by hand.
A filter designed to be used again.
Cheesecloth can strain a batch, but it is absorbent, flexible and dependent on how it is folded. A fixed stainless-steel screen gives you a defined mesh size and a rigid surface you can wash and reuse.
“Stainless steel is generally the most preferred and most commonly used material in the design, construction and fabrication of food processing equipment.”
Defined filtration
The product specifies a 75 μm double-layer screen. Cheesecloth results vary with its grade, stretch, number of layers and how tightly it is folded.
Less liquid held in the filter
Stainless steel is nonabsorbent. Cloth holds liquid in its fibers, which is why hand squeezing is usually needed to recover more of the batch.
Built for repeat cleaning
FDA Food Code 4-101.11 says reusable food-contact tools should stand up to repeated use without corroding or soaking up liquid. Stainless steel is smooth, nonabsorbent and easy to wash for the next batch.
75μ stainless steel
Double-layer reusable mesh captures plant material while the infusion flows through.
Fits Standard and Wide Mouth Jars
The heat-resistant body fits standard and wide-mouth mason jars without an adapter.
Dishwasher safe
The reusable press is designed for easier cleaning between batches.

From finished infusion to storage jar.
Set the Filter Press over a mason jar, pour in the finished infusion, then press through the reusable steel mesh.
See the complete finishing workflow
The image shows how the press strains directly into the jar, removes liquid from the plant material and comes apart for cleanup.
Strain into the jar
Seat the body on a standard or wide-mouth mason jar, then pour the finished infusion into the mesh chamber.
Press out the liquid
Push the rigid plunger straight down to recover liquid without twisting or hand-squeezing a hot filter bag.
Clean for the next batch
Remove the spent plant material; the reusable parts are dishwasher-safe and the kit includes a cleaning brush.
A tool for repeat makers who are tired of squeezing by hand.
Both methods strain. The practical difference is how they apply pressure, collect liquid and clean up afterward.
| DECISION | FILTER PRESS | BAG / CHEESECLOTH |
|---|---|---|
| Pressure | ✓ Rigid plunger | Twist or squeeze by hand |
| Filtration | ✓ Reusable 75μ steel mesh | Varies by bag or cloth |
| Collection | ✓ Directly over a mason jar | Bowl, funnel or jar setup |
| Cleanup | ✓ Dishwasher-safe reusable parts | Wash or discard material |
Keep more of your infusion. Leave the mess behind.
Best for people who want cleaner results, easier straining and less finished infusion left behind in a cloth or filter bag.
Keep more of every infusion
Best for people who do not want finished liquid left trapped in a cloth or filter bag.
Cleaner results with less effort
A stable jar fit, reusable steel mesh and rigid plunger make the finishing step easier to control and clean.
What it does not do
It does not heat, stir or create an infusion. It improves the straining and finishing step.
