1/2 Cup Infused Mayonnaise
- 1/2 Cup Ketchup
- 1 tablespoon Horseradish
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
- 2 teaspoons fresh parsley
- 1/3 Cup Olive Oil
- 1 Shallot finely chopped
- 2 lbs Raw Banana Prawns
In a medium mixing bowl combine your infused mayonnaise ketchup horseradish lemon juice and parsley. Mix until you have a light orange creamy mixture.
Season a cast iron pan with olive oil and shallots. Sauté until light brown.
Add your prawns to the pan and cook for about 2 minutes on each side. You’re looking for a bright orange color.
Remove from heat and set aside for plating. We recommend soft slider buns butter leaf squash and pink onions for toppings. Eat to Treat!
