Here at MagicalButter, we stand by our products. In the unlikely event that you are unsatisfied with any of our products, please contact us to try to work out a solution. We do everything we can to ensure each customer’s satisfaction—however, if for some reason you are not completely satisfied with the product within the first 30 days after delivery, we will refund your money less shipping and handling charges.

1. E-mail sales@MagicalButter.com – To receive a refund, it is critical that you have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) to ensure that your refund is credited to the correct account. E-mail sales@MagicalButter.com or call Toll free at 800-420-4334 or locally at 701-4-BUTTER (28837) within the first 30 days of delivery of the product, and we will reply with a RMA number (valid for 7 business days).

2. Package Your Item for Return – To ensure that your package returns to us, safe and undamaged, please pack the item in its original packaging. Also remember to include all accessories, parts, and pieces in order to receive the full refund of the purchase price less shipping and handling charges.

3. Label Your Package – To receive the fastest credit possible, please include a copy of your original invoice. You MUST write your RMA number clearly on the outside of the shipping box, and not on the product packaging. An RMA number is required for refund of purchase price.

4. Secure Your Package – We encourage you to protect yourself from loss or theft by insuring the return shipment and sending it via a trackable service such as USPS Certified Mail, UPS, Airborne, or FedEx. The return must be shipped within 7 days of receiving a RMA. Be sure to save the receipt for your records. We regret that we cannot issue a credit or refund for any item that is damaged, lost in sh¬ipping, or sent COD. WE DO NOT ACCEPT WALK-IN RETURNS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. ALL RETURNS MUST BE RECEIVED VIA MAIL (USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL).

5. Receive Your Refund – Credit card purchases will be refunded within 48 hours of the processing of your return. It may take up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your monthly statement.

PLEASE ALLOW US UP TO 2 WEEKS TO PROCESS YOUR RETURN AND UP TO 48 HOURS FOR REFUNDS. We do our best to process your return the day we receive your shipment and will issue your refund as quickly as possible.
